Local Elections notes:
The 2008 Elbert County Board of County Commissioner election covers all three seats, Districts 1, 2 and 3. Because Elbert County's population base is under 75,000, these elections are "at large", meaning each voter will be voting for the Commissioner of their choice in all three districts.
