The 2010 election cycle includes district elections for the local municipal, metropolitan and special districts. Elections will be held Tuesday, May 4th between 7 AM and 7 PM. THE GABRIEL FOUNDATION - THE PUEBLO RESCUE
On January 20, 2010, The Gabriel Foundation was involved in the rescue of 42 parrots in Pueblo Colorado. The conditions at the home were horrific; no heat, no running water, no working toilet, filth. Please watch the following YouTube video to see how The Gabriel Foundation, located in Elizabeth, CO helped to save these birds. Would you like to volunteer at TGF? The Gabriel Foundation will be holding another Volunteer Orientation on Sunday, February 7th from 12:00 PM until 2:30 PM at the Aviary and Adoption Center, located @ 39520 County Road 13, Elizabeth, CO. You will receive a history of The Gabriel Foundation, take a tour of the facilities, learn how to understand parrot body language, and find out how volunteers can make a difference for the birds.
