The Elbert County Board of County Commissioners will be holding a special meeting on Monday, December 14th, at 9 AM. The BOCC will hold the hearing required to adopt the 2010 Budget, as well as the 2010 Elbert County Mill Levy Certification and the 2010 Budget Appropriations.
