Thank you to those who caught my error and emailed or called!
The BOCC swearing in was today, Tuesday, January 13th at the Elbert County Fairgrounds. By all accounts it was a well attended (around 100 people) and very nice ceremony. Best wishes to Commissioners Goetz, Shipper and Schwab!
*
In addition to the swearing in, awards were also presented to the two sheriff's deputies who, last Tuesday, delivered a baby and saved its life (I don't have the details). Thank you for your good work!
